AM House Mokotów
Warsaw2021-2023
A townhouse with an area of 230 m², situated in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, spread over 4 levels. On the "master" level, an intimate space was created, while children's bedrooms and a guest area were located on a separate floor. In the basement, there are technical facilities, a gym, and a garage. The ground floor features a living area, serving as the heart of the home and connecting to the garden. The project is based on carefully selected materials and renowned furniture brands, representing both design classics and fresh, modern design. Eclecticism and color contrasts are key elements of the project, deliberately used to emphasize the character of the investor. The interior is adorned with works by artists such as Malwina Konopacka, Edward Dwurnik, Marcin Zawicki, Adam Bakalarz, Nikodem Szpunar, and Jan Możdzyński. The project is enriched by numerous custom-designed furniture and objects, adding coherence to the space. This choice of design elements aims to introduce a unique dynamic to the interior and reflect the outcome of the design dialogue with the client.
